Where can I get some Quality Transition Plug Ins from like the ones they use on those MTV “I love the 80’s” shows.

Uh…those are all built by graphics guys using After effects. They aren’t plug-ins. They are elements that we use and composite over our interview and clip footage.
Time to learn After Effects…

Hire a “quality effect editor” who can build the effect for you.
