Quality Issues??
Hi,
When I’m exsporting my footage, there seams to be a loss in quality in the emitters, they seem more ‘blocky’. I have been exsporting ‘DV PAL’ ’25 fps’ as this is the what I captured on. I’m also using Final Cut on the Mac. To try and overcome this I exsported from PA as an Image sequence (TIFF) to find that Final Cut doesn’t allow you to import ‘Image Sequences’, you have to use Quicktime Pro for this and I don’t own it. I used shake instead to create the footage, looks great until you view the sequence and yet again its blocky (used same codec so might be the problem). Could you advise on a better codec for my DV 16×9, PAL 25fps project? or anything else that might help? Thanks guys.

Use the Animation codec. It’s lossless.
