I called VASST but wasn’t able to contact anyone – so maybe this will be faster???

I am using Ultimate S Pro 4.1.9 Quad-CAM. I have set up my two cameras, and have placed all my markers. I apparently didn’t “finish” correctly, because I have no “Master” track, only a “MC-Tally” track – and the tally marker box is still showing up…and my tracks are not changing at the markers.

Any help will be appreciated – and if it’s really complicated… you could call me at 763.639.0488…

    TIA

You need to Process the camera tracks to create the master track. Download this demo video of InfinitiCAM and watch it and it will show you the steps. It’s the same for QuadCAM:

(it’s just easier to show you than to explain)

Will that work with a project set up to use QuadCam, or would one have to redo the work?

QuadCAM and infinitiCAM are 100% compatible. You can start a project with one and end with the other. InfinitiCAM just supports more cameras angles.

[John Rofrano] “You need to Process the camera tracks to create the master track.”

I see the “Process Cameras” tab, but after watching your tutorial it took way too long to realize that the “OK” button shown in the tutorial, when used in Ultimate S Pro, was the “Apply” button…and, it was not at the bottom of the Quad-CAM window, but was outside the boundaries of the Quad-CAM area up in the USP heading area. That took a bit of mental gymnastics – and I’m a little out of shape…

I would recommend a final paragraph in the documentation specifically referencing the “Apply” button as the last step of completing the Quad-CAM action.

    Thanks again!

You’re right. I’ll get that updated for the future. Sorry about that but glad you figured it out.
