QT7.3, FCP 6.0.1, MACOS10.4.10-BAD MOJO!
Just an FYI to anyone who’s thinking about installing Quicktime 7.3. DON’T DO IT! I just spent the last day and a half reinstalling my operating system and Final Cut Studio 2 installs on all three of my edit bays. There is no way to easily uninstall Quicktime 7.3 once you have done it. Final Cut Pro constantly crashed and Motion froze up.

I learned my lesson when I udated to 7.2 and broke .wmv exporting properly and it took 2 months to get a fix.
I will NEVER update quicktime unless its a matter of life and death.

I have always thought that Apple should release a version of Quicktime that is certified for ProApps. It’d be Quicktime ProApps.
