  QT “plutonium syndrome”

  What’s up with QT7 returning a “invalid public atom” error on files that QT6 played before? Are my archives decaying radioactively? We know the media is good and unmodified, but suddenly QT is an unreliable archive? We P2 guys are seeing entire projects “decay” to lead because Apple isn’t able to support its primary media transport. Stevie better put down his iPhone long enough to check the pro-apps sector, or FCP is gonna lose some very once-loyal advocates. I don’t wanna go back to Avid, but….
