  QT MPEG2 Render Error

  Using QT am unable to export a 7.0 One Pass MPEG2 of a 1 minute FCP4 sequence.

  Weirdness:

  Last night and today:
  I was recieving an error message: “NOT RENDERED Unable to encode… ” The seq was absolutely rendered. So I would re-render, and the render interface would only appear for a millisecond. The same message would result when I tried to encode again.

  Then things got weirder.
  Tonite, the highlighted sequence would encode, but the result was a completely white MPEG. Also, the encoding of this one-minute segment took only about 10 seconds (clue something was wrong).

  This has occured in 2 of 8 sequences in this project . 6 are able to encode normally.

  I had to resort to making QT file then encoding in Compressor, but I really want to find out how to correct this QT/MPEG2 problem… Thanks.
