I have a QT movie made in LiveType and am trying to import into a new Mac based Adrenaline MC. No matter the render settings in LiveType, I get the following error.

    …error importing a QT movie., errcode:-35

I could find nothing in Avid Knowledgebase. Any ideas? The original file plays, I even took the file into another computer and ran it thru AfterEffects using the Avid 2:1 Compressed codec. Still no go.

The apple error code for -35 is: nsvErr No such volume; volume not found.
Try importing toor from a different volume, or maybe copying the file to a media drive and importing to the same drive.
Perhaps the media creation setting for imports is having a conflict with some other setting – drive filtering?

Also, do the versions of quicktime match?

You were right. I copied the QT file to a media drive and it imported. The same file does not import from the Desktop folder where it was originally rendered from LiveType.

    Thanks.
