  QT codecs for project/sequence presets?

  You will have to forgive me as I spend more time in FCP than PPro.

  Can you setup a preset for a project that is QT based? Also, is it possible to assign different presets to sequences within one project? I have been doing this in FCP for years and assumed I could in PPro but, it appears I can’t so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something.
