    QR Code on Video: Standard format?

    I’m trying to find the standard practice when adding a QR Code to a piece of broadcast video. I did a coulee quick Google searches, but per my norm, I didn’t find much. (As HAL would say, it’s most likely, “due to human error” in searching).

    Are there standards; i.e. size, placement, etc when placing a QR code on your video that will be broadcast? Is there a site that explains all this so I don’t waste your time answering these and other important questions?
