  PYRO A/V firewire output to SVHS to Monitor

  Hello Cows,

  I am using a FCPHD, G4 Dual 1ghz, 1.5RAM with internal ATA 7200 Raided (empty) drives to cut on a 4 minute, single layered, DV timeline. I am tring to use a ADS PYRO A/V Link to convert firewire to an analog svhs signal to Wide screen (HD ready) 27inch TV monitor (for clients not CC). It was working fine yesterday but today its choaking after a minute or two of play back. I turned off “firewire playback” and it plays fine on the computer monitor. I suspect my drives are too slow, could it be something else?
