  PVW 2800 video level knob

  Hi guys! I just need some expert opinion from you guys. I’m planning to buy this betacam at a good price but the only catch is that the video level knob is broken. I don’t know if the problem is just the plastic knob or its function.1) I just want to know what it does and if its really something important that I need to consider and 2) how will I test it if it is working ok.
