  Putting Project onto EX1 SXS card..

  I’ve got a project edited..mostly XDCAM EX material—-I want to put it back onto the EX1 SXS card…
  if i render as XDCAM EX mp4 can i then put it onto the SXS card?
  i’ve tried putting it to the desktop but the sony xdcam EX clipbrowser doesnt detect it on the desktop as an xdcam EX file—
  any thoughts?
