push-in text in a layer
Hello ,
I am willing to do a text that is pushed-in in the sand as a foot mark.
How to do it or what effect or transfer mode to use ?

Use the Inner Bevel style, with the direction set to Down. Tweak the other Bevel settings as it pleases your eye.
