Puppet Tool Leaves Strange Outline, Distortion
Hi,
So this is only my second time doing anything with AfterEffects and I’m having an issue with the puppet tool. I have the letter H move onto the screen by key framing it’s position. It reaches the middle of the screen and then stretches upward using the puppet tool. The issue is that once I started using the puppet tool, there is a weird outline of the H left on the screen. As I move the H around the area where the puppet tool was put into effect the distortion of the outline becomes more apparent.

Per one suggestion on a message board, I tried upping the expansion setting for the mesh, but that doesn’t seem to have any affect. The H was created in AfterEffects but is over top of a background created in Photoshop.
Any and all thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
