Puppet Tool – jolting at keyframes
I have tried bezier interpolation, Easy ease and Roving but the puppet tool will not allow smooth gradual motions from one keyframe to another – am I missing something or is this the best it can do?

The Puppet Tool is pretty robust but it can ‘malfunction’ if it’s not properly set up. It’s hard to say what the issue is without knowing how you’ve rigged your puppet and what you’re trying to do with the KFs.
Perhaps lots more info is required.
