  • Pulsating video after compression

I have never seen this problem before. I am working on projects that are HVD and 90 to 120 min. long. On this one project when I compress it to DVD 90min Best, it comes out with random spots that have pulsating video for 10 to 30 seconds. It is pulsing and gets very fuzzy. I work on a lot of these videos, so I kept working on others and compressed them the same way and they all work fine, it is only on this one video (which of course is the most important one for the client).
The video is HDV and is in an HDV timeline, then I export to compressor, DVD 90min Best. I did this 3 times and it is always in the same spot. The pulsing goes over my bug and slides as well, so I am guessing that it would not be the video. However, I am running out of ideas and am debating on trying to cut out that portion of the video just to see if it works.(client won’t be happy about that).
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    shaun
