  Pulling stills from the varicam…

  I currently am cutting a promo trailer shot on the varicam with FCPHD. I have been trying to pull some video stills from our footage as images to put on the promo kit. However, when I try to pull a still using quicktime conversion to a jpg or tif, not only does it “squash” the image to 4:3, but it also looks like crap! What would be the best method for this madness? Thanks!
