  Pulldown Removal in AVID

  I have a 29.97 project that was started in Xpress Pro, now working in Media Composer 3.5. I shot it @ 24pA and now I have an extra frame that was not removed and editing has been started. Is there anyway to get this to be a 23.97 project and remove the extra frame. Or am I stuck with 29.97

  Really need some help and would appreciate any info.
