    If you mean to Google Public Domain Map, then yes, start there.

    If you mean Google Maps, well then obviously those are owned by Google.

    ClipArts.com has Maps as does istockphoto.com. Small fee but they are royalty free once you pay for them.

    The CIA web site has copyright free maps. They will probably need a lot of doctoring for video as they’re very detailed.

    I meant google as a search engine, “Public domain maps” brings up a list of places to look.
