    Greetings,

    I have two questions:

    1. What are the export settings in Adobe Media Encoder for a Public Access channel format. My client has been given some time to place a video on Comcast public access channel.

    2. What we decided to do was to create one video file in PPro in HD format, then import that PPro file into a new PPro project that is formatted 640×480 29.97fps. We’re fine with having the bars top and bottom but is there anything else I need to know?

That’s information you will have to get from the public access channel. Just about every television entity has a one-sheeter (usually a pdf they can email you) giving you the exact specs for spot submission. You can generally get it from the sales or production department.
