  PTZ camera question remote operation from another state?

  I only have a n00b level of knowledge regarding PTZ cameras, especially the new ones that say they can broadcast over an IP address.

  So my question is: could PTZs be installed in a location and controlled from another state by our people?

  If so, what camera/RCU and switcher should we use?

  Google-Fu has not been my friend on this one.
