  ps layers to AE motion graphics

  I have a kinda logo/ effect that I created in photoshop, now I want to use in a video. Here is a link to the final effect I did in ps… I start off with just a black background then I want trapcodes 3d stroke (or similar) to morph/create the final image you see above. Any ideas on how to get started?
