    Hi All,

I’m new to PS – just a simple question:

How can I draw just a straight line?
All brushes and pens seem to enable freehand but I need just a couple of straight black lines.

    Sorry this is so basic.

    thanks

    Mark

Hold down the Shift key and click the endpoints of the line. Aloso you can drag while holding down the Shift key. It’ll will constrain your movement to a vertical or a horizontal stright line.

You can also use the Line tool. 9th icon down on right side of tool bar. Click and hold when clicking the icon to reveal all tools in that set.
