Well, I’m perfectly happy to select all my footage at once and modify them all with a few clicks. Even clips that are in different bins.

However, you can also change the default in the preferences to import everything as dual mono. It’s in one of the audio tabs.

You are one heck of a gentleman. Tried setting it in the Preferences but didn’t work. Then realized I had to re-import. Getting more comfortable by the hour. Start editing seriously later today.
