Proxy movie scripts
Is there a script that can select multiple video clips in my project folder and with either a UI or just a script tell AE to make separate proxy movies of all those clips and have them sent to the folder of my choosing? I’m having to make many proxy movie files and have to do them one by one and type in the file name manually because AE names it according to the comp it creates for the clip and not by the actual file name itself. Any idea if that already exists and where I could find such a thing? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We have a fishing show (ChewOnThis.tv) that currently has a viewership of over 1 million people a month on YouTube and will be airing this fall on Versus.
