Proxy clips
Greetings:
I have an HPX 500 which does not have the ability to record proxy clips onto an sd card like the 370 or 2000. Lately clients have been asking for them, which entails me having to pull out my laptop, import the P2 clips into Premiere and rendering out a lo res QT file. This is rather time consuming.
Does anyone know of a way, or of a software that would make this process faster?

Proxymill. https://www.imagineproducts.com This will make proxies at the same time you offload the cards. In your choice of codecs, with burned in timecode or not.
