  Proxies – working a project on 2 drives

  Anyone have a method of working with proxies so that it’s possible to move the Library, which is using external media location, from one drive to another, and actually have the proxies reconnect?

  Scenario: I’ll work a project on a “travel” drive and a RAID. Camera files & cache files external to the Library file, but all files in the same relative file path to the Library. I do this so I can move the (now very small) Library file from one drive to another, “updating” that drive, without having to move cam/cache files as well. Only the Library file has changed. But proxies always fail to reconnect.

  I’ve searched and I think the answer is “no”, but just wanted to confirm.
