  ProRes4444 not working in Templates

  When I have a ProRes4444 file in my HD 1920×1080 Motion project, it does not function properly in the template I pass on to FCP (7.0.4). It looks just fine in the Motion project. But the template only shows the background of the ProRes image and the alpha is simply rendered as black in the video. So instead of having a key of X flying through the air on top of some video boxes and colored stage, I have just X over black. I can’t see any other layers from the Motion project in the template, so consequently putting any images into my drop zones aren’t seen either as where they should be is now black in FCP.
