    I am editing a project which contains DV video and After FX animations. In the past, I would create a DV50 sequence to help with the graphic quality.
    However, this time I chose a ProRes 422 SD sequence but I changed the sequence settings to a 720×480 instead of 720×486 to match all my media.

    I do get the occasional “not optimal setting” warning but everything seems to play fine. Should I expect any problems with this work flow?

    It didn’t seem correct to keep it at 486 since everything in the sequence is 480.

    The final output will be a DVD.
