  ProRes codec in Media 100

  Importing 1920 x 1080 files via the ProRes codec (newly installed using Pacifist- thank you Floh) works perfectly. However, when I shut down and start up again all the ProRes-encoded files are green and Media 100 (2.0.1) is very unhappy whenever I try to do something with theProRes files. All the other files are fine. I’m using OSX 10.6.7. (FCP is NOT installed). Any thoughts would be gratefully received.
