    Everything I import as Apple ProRes seems to be 6 frames out of sync, when taken into FCP. The footage, imported as HDTV 1080i, 29.97, 48.000kHz 24-bit, looks fine outside of FCP in Raw form, but when brought into FCP, the sync is off. Pulling a clip into a new sequence and matching the sequence with the clip settings still has audio which I have to push forward 6frames. I created some test sequences as 60FPS, and 59.94FPS seem to be in Sync, but when I export (As any format in those sequences), the video is very fast and jumpy. 29.97FPS is the only sequence setting that works and matches the clip settings, but audio is off.

    Actually that would most likely be four frames, and it’s fixed by changing the Frame Offset from the default of 4 to 0 as you see below in the Playback tab of your System Settings.
