ProRes 4444 to DVD
Hello!
I have to make a DVD out of a sequence edited in FCP7 in ProRes4444. Does anyone know what is the best way to do it?
I exported the reference of the sequence (I did not check “make movie self contained”) and just put it in the toast Titanium 10, but the quality is not really good. Is there a better way to do it?

DVDs are SD…not HD. You’ll need to author a BluRay in order to get HD. For that you will need a BluRay burner, BluRay media…but you can still use Toast.

I got blu ray burner and blu ray media, is it ok to put the reference of the sequence as I did for the standard DVD, or should I do it in some other way?

Sorry, I haven’t used Toast nor burned a BluRay. I just know what to use to do it.
