  Proper .SRT / .STL conversion to .SCC or .CC file for Closed Captioning track in FCP / DVDSP

  Hi,

  I am wondering if anyone can help me convert a .SRT or .STL file to a correct .SCC file format for use as a line 21 file within FCP / DVD Studio Pro. I have a client who only supplied a .SRT & .STL file of the ENG SDH captions but requires a proper CC track on a commercial DVD and my only solution is DVD Studio Pro unfortunately (which mandates .scc or .cc files). I have tried my darndest to find conversion tools or use Title Exchange to do this, but seem to be failing to create a correct .scc or .cc file. Is there anyone out there who can help or simply has software to make this quick conversion for me correctly?? Much appreciation to any advice and/or assistance.
