  proper settingsfor editing in 30p

  All my videos that I have done I have shot with 24p but its true frame rate is ….23.976. I record onto a canon hf 10 and remove pulldown to gettrue progressive footage,,for the most part…

  when editing in 30p, what frame rate do I use in after effects to edit correctly? 29.97,or 30?
