  Proper Quicktime/MOV settings

  I want to make a quicktime mov file from a 30sec spot I did for broadcast.

  Any settings I’ve tried using in VEGAS look like crap in quicktime – so – what are the proper settings to render a broadcast quality MOV file comparable to the VEGAS AVI file??? Codec? Settings? Help someone?
