Projector in lit venue
We need a projector that we can attach to a lap top to, but the catch is the venue is going to be completly lit and we need to be able to view the presentation. We need the presentation size to be about 10×10 or bigger. Does anyone know of a brand? I looked on a box-store website, but I can’t tell if they can be used in a lit venue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on how large you really need the image to be, you could buy a couple of cars for what you’d spend on the projector.
You might call a local staging company to discuss your needs and rent/set up a projector, screen, and dress kit.
As a side note, we run all our presentations on two computers, a main and a backup (with a high-res switcher), to protect against the possibility of a computer crash.
