project wont open
was working on a project, saved to desktop at 1pm,, restarted just now and get error this project cannot be opened might have been older version etc..but it was made this am on my only version of FCPE..
a version made much earler today does open but this project with several hrs work does not?? help -

It’s corrupt. Check your autosave vault for the most recent save.

It’s hangs?
Its close it self?
Do you get any message?
There are many different ways in which an FC project fails to open, and the way it fails to open can be very informative about the problem.
Tell us a bit more about.

Always good to save a copy of the working project file as well… if it can get corrupted once, it can get corrupted again.
Always have a version1 and a version1_a or something of that sort… you can email yourself those project files too.
