Project Media – adding to trimmer
When viewing the project media in the detailed view, if I double click on my media under the “name” column header, it does not add my media to the trimmer. But if I double click on the media under any other column heading(tc in, tc out, ect.), it will add it to the trimmer. When double clicking the media under the name header, it just highlights the text as if you were renaming it. I do have this feature enabled in my preferences. This happens in both pro 8.0c and pro 9.0c. I’m curious if other people have this issue? This only happens in the detailed view. List and thumbnail views do allow it to be added to the trimmer.

With jpg files, I can repro here. With AVC and XDCAM, it works correctly. I’ve never loaded JPGS into a trimmer, since they don’t have in/out points.

Thanks DSE. I used that just as an example but it does not add to the trimmer with P2 footage as well. I don’t remember this being a problem with DV footage though. I’ll have to check that tonight when I get home. Does anyone that use P2 footage have this problem?
