  Project manager crashing

  I’m attempting to archive CS4 PPro projects using project manager. Trouble is, project manager crashes the app. It’ll analyze the project and begin trimming or copying files, then an “Unknown error” kills it.

  It doesn’t matter if I try to create a Trimmed or full backup.

  Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
