    Project Folder Location?

    Is there any reason I shouldn’t be saving my FCP projects on the system hard drive? Would it be wiser to keep them on the XServe Raid or another drive on the system?

    I will definitely be backing them up either way on a regular basis..

    Project folders should be stored on your system drive. Media on the external media drives.

    I tend to back up my projects to the external, but I always open them on the internal system drive.
