Project file crashes FCP on 5.1.3 on Intel Mac
I was just working on a project in Final Cut and I updated it to 5.1.3. When I went back to clean it up for archive, It repeatedly made FCP crash during the preparing display dialogue box. I can open the project fine on my Powerbook running FCP 5.1.2. What gives? Any help?

Did you use any third party plug-ins or filters? It’s apparent that FCP 5.1.3 broke something in the new FX Plugs architecture as all third party plug-ins that use it are broken.
Create a new project, then remove all the plugins from your project, then take that to your FCP 5.1.3 system.
