    Hi,

My projects are always asking for the location of my files.
I didn’t move discs or something like that.
When i located the files and save the project, i close premiere
open it again and the project asks again for the location of the files…

    Any idea ?

    Multible Firewire Disks…
Suspect your external discs are shifting drive letters when restarting.

interesting, on the current project, it asks me for the loacation of 10 audio files, all of which are in the same directory. Normally it looks in the same directory for other needed files before asking again.

Yep, that is the reason. It happened to me quite a bit. I simply started putting labels on the discs to remind me which dirve had which letter. Its a shame that Premiere Pro depends on the drive letter than the directory path.
