Progressive to Interlaced Workflow
Origination: 1920X1080 60P shot on my Sony AX-33 Palmcorder
Destination: Authored Blu-ray Disk
My Workflow:
1) Edit in Magix Vegas Pro 16: Timeline Project Properties–Progressive, 59.940 (Double NTSC)
2) Create and edit with proxies
3) Render using MAGIX AVC/AAC MP4 Blu-ray 1920X1080-60i, 25 Mbps video Stream and Dolby Digital AC-3 Studio Stereo DVD templates, respectively
4) Place both the respective rendered video and audio files into DVD Architect Pro 6, author and render using the Blu-ray template.
This all works well, or so it seems, but is there a flaw in my workflow? I’m looking for the best quality on my Blu-rays, so if there is something that I can do to improve my output I’d like to know!
Oh, so many choices!!
Thank you in advance.
