Activity Forums Adobe Premiere Pro Program window lines when rendered

  • Program window lines when rendered

I’ve got some footage that looks great in the Premiere Pro Preview and Program monitor until it is rendered. Then the Program monitor shows slightly visible lines like might be expected with an interlace issue. I’ve right clicked the footage in the timeline and adjusted interlace items but doesn’t fix it. Please if anybody has a good guess I would love to hear it. Footage is from After Effects.

    Thanks

On the program monitor, there should be a little flyout menu. By default, Premiere Pro sets the quality to automatic, which IMO is draft. Change that to the highest settings to see if it changes anything.

I’ve got the quality on highest quality. Ive tried the interpret footage settings, and changing interlace non interlace settings.

The image is a cartoon made in illustrator taken into aftereffects then saved as avi imported into Premiere pro. Looks great until render is applied. Then these lines show up even on output dvd. image is DV wide. Premiere pro is set to DV wide.(16:9)

There has to be a switch or something unless it has to do with rasterizing.
