Program window delay
When I’m editing in Premiere Pro CS6 (with the most recent update installed), if I edit any video clip on the timeline by either trimming it, cutting it, moving it’s location, moving to a different track – basically anything – the program window goes black and it takes a few seconds for it to show anything on the timeline. The audio is fine, meaning that even when the window is black, the audio will play but the video won’t. The only way to get the video back is to drag the playhead around and wait for it to come back. If I just leave the program alone while the window is black, it stays black until I move the playhead around.
The only thought that I have is that it could be related to using raw .mxf files from footage shot with a Canon XF305, which are located on an external RAID connected via eSata. Could that have anything to do with it?

Timeline is set to match the raw footage
