Program will not start up
I have premiere pro CS3 with the AJA video card. All has been well and good for almost a year. Just before the long weekend, I had a severe crash. I just restarted and left. Returned to work yesterday, and the program will not start up. It begins to load, gets to LOADING:RECORDERAJASEQ.PRM and looks like its gonna load, then just doesn’t. No error or any kind of message. I’ve already uninstalled all CS3 programs, and reinstalled them. Still same thing. I do a lot of work from an external drive, that I take home and back to work and I have my edit screens slightly different. I was working from the drive when I had the initial crash and I wonder if some setting isn’t the problem. Either way, I’m now stuck. Any suggestions?

After hours of searching. I decided to go into the LAYOUTS folder with in the windows files, and delete the preset workspace layouts. Sure enough, premiere opened right up. I had an idea what was wrong, but just wasn’t sure exactly HOW to go about fixing it.

i do what in your posted, (delet all userworksapace) now i can continue my work… thank you3x 🙂
i think, user workspace having eror because program crash..
