Program to up scail SD to HD
I friend tells me that there is a program around that claims do a really good job of up scaling SD to HD but he can’t recall the name of it. I can’t see how that should be possible but if it’s able to do so it should also mean that you could use just a portion of the new file & still have a result as good as SD. Do you know what the program is called?

Have you tried Sony Vegas? 🙂
I think it upscales much better than downscales.
There are also 3d-party plugins for SVP available, such as BorisFX UprezVegasaur – automation plugins and tools for Sony Vegas Pro
