  Program Monitor preview offset

  Hi,

  I’m facing this bug for long time. I contacted Adobe support but they couldn’t help me. As you can see in the screenshots below, preview, in program monitor window, accidentallly shifts off a bit from its normal position. It is obstructing workflow especially while I trying to even some graphics in the frame.

  Windows 10, PP 2017.1.2, GeForce GTX 960 – not using CUDA acc.
