Procoder trimming video
I have several videos that are around 10 minutes in length, and in this case, I need to do some trimming where I basically cut out the middle and have the portions of the beginning and end that are left dissolve into each other to shorten the length of the clip for web purposes. In the past, I of course did all of this manually. Doesn’t look like pro-coder will help, but thought I would check and see if I was missing something?

Thanks for the help with my previous watermark issue as well. All is working now.

ProCoder will actually do this fine.
Add the source clip twice.
On the first clip, set the out point for your edit
On the second clip, set the in point for your edit.
Turn on stitching.

Hey Ben. Thanks for taking the time to answer. I tried what you reccomended, but it seems like in this case, you can have the first copy of the video fade to black and the second copy fade up from black, but not dissolve into each other. Am I doing anything wrong?
