Hi Guys, I’m new with cinema 4D and I’m needing some help.

Basically, I’m trying to add the sketch and toon post effect to a Motext animated with an effector (Plain).

What I’m getting are some extra outlines just next to the text I want.

    Hi,
Looks like you just need to adjust the shading in your S & T tag.
I often render sketch and toon over white, and so I change the shading to background with a white background. The other way to go is to create a transparent material for your text (alpha channel set to black), and set the shading to none. This will apply the transparent material on the text, but render out the lines.

I’m sorry, but I’m not seeing any extra outlines next to the letters, either in the main png output (see below), or any of the multipasses. Or maybe I’m missing something…? Could you provide a screenshot of your rendered image showing the outlines?

Edit: Or are you referring to the black outlines on the letters themselves… and if so, does Michael’s suggestion address your issue?
